Lasagna even our new Pope Leo would love. When I called and asked the polite employee how the lasagna was, he said "amazing". I told him we are looking for the best lasagna in the area, if not the world. There are not enough words to express how amazing the lasagna is and yes, it is the best in the area, maybe the world, but probably not. The sauce tastes fresh and seasoned perfectly. There is just the right amount of cheese and meat and the portion is large, not to mention the reasonable price. We are on our second lasagna order tonight. Next, the cream of crab is very tasty and would buy again. The cheese steak sub is very meaty on a tasty roll seasoned just right. The fries were cooked just right, served with yummy gravy on the side. Thanks Roma. We will be back for sure.

Family owned and one of the most welcoming places you'll ever visit. We are regulars here for a multitude of reasons but the food and service are top of the list. The portions are more than generous. We've eaten a wide range of their offerings and have enjoyed every last dish. They take great pride in their business and it shows in every way. We very much enjoy it and highly recommend it.

I’ve gotten food from here at least a hundred times (at least) and have not had a bad experience. The food is always so good! Fresh, tasty, consistent. My favorite thing to order is the shrimp Parmesan and lasagna. My son loves the cheesesteak. Staff is always friendly (even during delivery) and welcoming when you enter the establishment, which goes a long way. If you’ve ever considered having a meal here, don’t ponder any longer. You won’t be disappointed.

I am not from the area, but having visited here I feel the need to let others know how excellent of a restaurant it is. From the moment you step inside, you’re greeted with a warm, inviting atmosphere that feels like coming home. The staff is incredibly friendly, treating every guest like family and making sure you feel right at ease. The food is absolutely incredible—authentic, fresh, and packed with flavor. The portions are generous without compromising on quality. Whether you’re dining in or taking out, the attention to detail and care in every dish truly stand out. It’s not just the food that makes Roma’s special. It’s the overall experience. The combination of heartfelt service, cozy ambiance, and delicious meals creates a sense of community that’s rare to find. I highly recommend coming here if you are in the area! I am a regular at this point but this time I brought a bunch of friends and we got a variety of foods and we were not disappointed at all. The bar is high at this place but they seem to make the bar even higher for themselves every time. The service is amazing, they truly make you feel at home. There are so many options, for vegans and vegetarians. We tried the veggie burger with plant based meat for the first time today and it was so good that we ordered 2 more to go. We also recommend the veggie pizza, the chicken parmesan and chicken bbq pizza (my favorite). Oh and crab cake of course! Maryland classic ;)

As a Master Google Reviewer with 70 million views on photos and videos, I would rate Roma's Cafe with a 5 stars rating. Bob and I attended this wonderful and family owned restaurant for lunch on February 24, 2025. The greek salad, stufffed rock fish as well as rock fish were simply delicious! I am a pescatarian, and it is difficult to find great restaurants when away from Cecil County. I was elated that the restaurant's ambiance was comfortable, family oriented, friendly owners, as well as the food was delicious. I will return soon. Thank you for your wonderful customer service!! The food here is absolutely incredible! It's not just good, it's mind-blowingly amazing! The quality is top-notch and let me tell you, the portions are no joke - they're huge! You definitely won't leave here feeling hungry. But the best part is the warm and welcoming atmosphere that surrounds you as soon as you step foot inside. Trust me, you're in for a treat when you dine here!
